Q. Can I order a tip truck delivery using trade.mooeys.com.au?
A. Yes. We will contact you regarding delivery time after you place your order.

Q. How is the delivery charge applied?
A. In most cases it is automatically applied at checkout. In certain circumstances we may call you to amend the delivery charge. For a quote, please call 07 3289 3833 and speak to one of our friendly staff.

Q. When will my delivery come?
A. We will contact you regarding delivery time after you place your order. At checkout you can select the preferred delivery day and we recommend including a time in the order notes.

***Please include as many instructions as possible. If our drivers are unsure where to deliver in the event you are not home, they will return to base without delivering your items. This may incur additional charges for redelivery.

Q. When will my delivery come?
A. For urgent deliveries we recommend calling our Samford store on 07 3289 3833. While we recommend a 3-4 hour delivery timeframe from time of order, we can arrange delivery as quick as 1 hour depending on your location and availability. We prioritise deliveries for our valued trade customers. 

Q. How do I know my order has been placed and I will receive my delivery?
A. After checkout, you will receive a order confirmation email. We will then work on getting your delivery ready and will contact you with a delivery time. You will then receive an invoice via email.
